Is there any cell phones better than the samsung galaxy s 4?

I'm getting a new phone tomorrow and i picked a s4 but are there anyones better than that.?

NOKIA LUMIA 620!!!! A lot, and I mean, a lot of people will tell you not to get a windows 8 phone due to the fact it is not so popular and the lack of apps.. Only about 160,000 apps... Compared to the two other big dogs android and ios...however, it is third in the market,and has a lot more to offer than any android phone. I used to be such a die hard android fanatic until I saw an advertisement for the Nokia Lumia Windows phone. What attracted me to it was the design and the home. I decided, ”ehh why not?” So instead of opting for an android phone, I got the Windows 8... NEVER GOING BACK!! One,thing these phones have over android and Ios is the ability to customize the home screen the way you want it. You can change the color of the live tiles, move them around, and resize them. Cool, huh? Way better than the lame style of android and ios which doesnt allow you to have much control over phones.. I have tried out 7 windows phones...none of them ever lagged, froze, or gave me any problem whatsoever.. With all the androids i earned i experienced lagging, freezing, and having to reboot the phone several times...not fun! of course there is a bad apple here and there, but many people i know are very satsified with their windows phone 8. Those who did experience some problems would exchange their phone with another one and did not experience a single problem afterwards. I will be honest here when i say....the apps are VERY limited. There is not many apps available...there is no Instagram, No candy crush...BUT there is a third party app called instance and I love it much better than the official app. There is angry birds, there is YouTube, Facebook (doubt you'll need the app since FB is integrated into the phone), Pinterest, Tumblr, Pandora, Skype, Kik...and let me just say...the style of these apps are very different from Ios and android... I like windows style much better! The windows store is growing little by little each day. So if you are willing to be patient and dont really care for a bunch of useless apps then this is the phone for you! Nokias preinstalled apps make up for the lack of apps in windows and the cool thing...you can uninstall them. Sooo much to note, but not much space so why dont you hop off the bandwagon and join us here in wp8?

S4 is still very new right now so it's hard to find ones that are better than the s4. If you are talking about build quality . Then the HTC one and the Iphone 5 are better. Overall i wouldn't say those phones are better than the S4. It's very close call but i will say that the HTC one is way better than the iphone 5. Because the hardware and software are equally good. Iphone has good build quality but the software is somewhat outdated. Although the Ios7 is coming this fall but i still think Android is on a higher level than ios. If you are looking for features then go for s4. If you are looking for a good hardware and software then go for HTC one. If you are looking something simple then go for the Iphone 5.
