Struggling for Chromebook Companion. Samsung Chromebook, or Acer C7 Chromebook?

I have been recently looking at chromebooks. I like that simple, and cheap idea.
What I am looking for in a computer:
Access to social networks.
Simplicity
Cheap
.....now, I also want to have more apps like Vine, and Instagram. I have kindle fire currently, and I absolutely Hate the lack of apps. I want to be able to have vine, and Instagram, and other apps like that. I'm not that type of person to be downloading movies and tv shows all the time on a computer. But i will be downloading pictures onto the computer from my camera. and about battery life, I wouldnt be like taking this thing everywhere. It would mostly spend its time at home. so it would be charging a lot.
After being extremely frusterated with my kindle fire, I wanted to go all apple with an ipad mini. BUt they are very expensive! I would like all of my music to be on apple. Is there a way to have itunes on a chromebook? is google the way to go replacing apple?
I have been looking at the 2 cheapest options for me. I am 40 dollars away from the acer c7. And I am wanting to get that because its cheaper....but then i hear all this great stuff about the samsung. and then I'm stuck. So, please help. Thanks so much!
