I've been block from sending messages and request on Facebook?

How long does this last? It's been six days so far. I heard from someone it takes seven days for it to be lifted, is that true?

because the first time to block your facebook is 6 days
but again any next time to block your id then to 15 days
so can wait for 15 days then try
