would custom ink really care if i used a copy right image on a shirt, say of an mlb team?

Many print shops will not knowingly use a copyrighted image, no matter what the source, since doing so would put them in violation of copyright laws.

As far as CustomInk is concerned, well, why don't you ask them?

If you yourself put a copyrighted image on one tshirt for your own use, it's highly unlikely that you will get into trouble because that would be very small potatos. However, if you do that with TWO shirts...
