How to change Firefox to English from Spanish?

How to change Firefox to English from Spanish?
I can't read anything on my Firefox. Could someone please explain how to change it back to English using the Spanish words I am seeing in my Orange drop down menu.
I don't know which ones are the options tab etc because all of that is in Spanish.

Open preference in the menu and then the content tab. The language selection is located in that tab.

Go to Options then Content Tab
and you will see the Language.
and choose the language you want.
