"Not responding" whenever i try to save images from internet?

first it was chrome that crashed everytime i tried, now its ie and firefox. if i reinstall, will it get rid of my bookmarks? if so, how do i keep them? it crashes everytime i try to export the html.

every time you ope just first clear the browser data go here
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
and then do its also
Copy below link and paste in chrome browser bar and then enter
chrome://bookmarks/#
then click on organize and then export bookmarks to html file
then save it
