Ebay selling problem, help?

Hi,

So I sold my laptop on Ebay but I have just found out that the buyer is in Greece (I'm in the UK) I don't want to have to ship it internationally and am sure I selected the "no international shipping" option on Ebay. Am I obligated to send it to them? if not how do I go about cancelling the transaction?

Simply go to 'contact buyer' and tell unfortunately you do not ship to Greece. Then you can .relist. or go to '2nd chance offer'.

You didn't select the no international shipping option otherwise the Greek person would have been unable to bid on the item. (unless they have a false British address on their account but I don't think so)

You are obliged to either send it or give them their money back but I think you should send it because it's your mistake.
