Why does my internet randomly stop working?

I recently bought a new computer. I use a wireless antenna (Yes, I know... But I can't have a wired connection) and it has worked surprisingly fine considering the wireless connection. But, about a week ago, I would be in a Skype call or watching Netflix or doing nothing at all and my internet will stop. I will disconnect and then recconect and then it will be fine for like 10 - 20 minutes before it starts again.
Is it my wireless connection? Router? Modem? Computer? Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you for your time.

ive had similar problems a quick fix is to unplug your model from power for 30 seconds and then restart. that worked for a while but I did end up buying a new modem and it turned out to be the power source and not the modem itself.

Maybe you have a weak connection.
