How do you copy and paste text from google books?

Typing out cards is a pain in the butt. I spent 8 hours typing my essay directly from that book but all the sudden my computer shut down for no reason. Then when it went back up, all my work is just gone and I have to start all over. Oh my god, my fingers barely can't touch the glass bowl. I heard there is actually a possible way to actually copy and paste text from Google books. Is this possible. I'm using Window 7 btw.
They don't work, I already tried.
Google books disabled copying and pasting from that text. Harry, I thumbs you down because you contributed nothing to this question. That's pretty sad anyone answer this just for points.

Google does this mudged thing for a reason. The books are copyright and they don't want to become accessories to plagiarism.

Having said that, if your text fits on your computer screen, the bulk of it may be done by:

1. Open the snipping tool (go to Start>Accessories and choose Snipping Tool)
2; Take an image of the page and save it to a folder that you know
3. Find an OCR online site (Optical Character Reader)
4. Get their results an proof read it.

This may be more trouble than it is worth but it would save you a bunch of typing.

right click on the text, then click "inspect element". find the text ( you may need to select 'edit text') and copy it from there.
