why was there a power outage in toronto East on Feb 2nd 2014?

I could not find any information on the internet, to why was there a power outage in Toronto Beaches Area, for almost 7 hours through the evening of Feb 2nd, 2014, even asked folks outside and no one knows? Any hint/ clues please & thanks...

Maybe they turned off the power in the neighbhourhood to remove trees that may be hanging on those power wires.... Idk...
