How do I get adobe flash up and running on Safari?
Ok, so a day or two ago I was trying to do some internet surfing when Facebook, Google and Youtube all stopped working. Every time I try to open them with Safari a dialogue box will open saying that my flash player may be out of date and I need to update it to continue, and then the only thing it'll show in the window itself is a prompt to install a flash player, or to remind me later. No matter which one I press, it'll download a set-up thing that isn't supported by my mac.
The only other links on the page are non-functional. I've been looking all over for a solution for this, but nothing's worked so far. Any suggestions? Ads |

That ''Flash Player'' message typically shows-up when either your computer's Cache,
Virtual Memory, and/or Pagefiling has been overwhelmed.   Simply clear your Cache Cookies and History, then shutdown and reboot.  Afterwards, you'll totally flip at how smooth and trouble-free your YouTube (and internet surfing) will be. →  Safari (menu bar)  →  Reset Safari [x] Clear history [x] Remove all webpage preview images [x] Remove all website data →  Reset →  Safari (menu bar)  →  Preferences  →  Privacy (icon) →  Show Cookies  →  Remove All →  Done Shutdown / reboot afterwards, and voilà ! :-) Ads |
