Why can't I add a picture to my Y!A profile?

When I go on edit preferences and try to add a picture, it takes me to my Yahoo Profile page. I click on my exclamation point symbol to try to add a photo and it only gives me the choice of linking my Facebook profile and using that picture, or having no picture at all. Why? :-(

Not sure if this is something they are trying out or a glitch. Mine works normally, in fact I change it quite often.

Just went there and it is another Y/A glitch just like all the people with a gray face and ? for a name. May be someone hacked Y/A for over the last 3 months it is spreading and getting worse. If they can not fix it we may all be ? and a gray face.
