I want to move my friendship group because my friends are sad losers?

I recently started in a selective high school as a year 7 and I had no one from my primary school. However I met a few kids from tutoring and they were quite fun but then I realised that I was in the loser group. We have the nerdiest kids sitting with us and they're all ugly. I'm not a judger on looks and I didn't terribly mind that they were unattractive but I realised that they are the BIGGEST MISERS I've ever met! Everytime I ask them if I can have just a tiny fraction of their food, they calculate the value of item and demand money for it. I bought this girl an ice cream for free because I thought that would be companioable. She did buy me an ice cream, but when I finished it she told me to give her 2 dollars for that! I said that wasn't that what friends do and she kept pestering me to give her the money. I did give her the fee (reluctantly). I also realised that they talk about the nerdiest subjects. They say the driest jokes imaginable. They are all otakus and their idea of fun is photoshopping their favourite anime characters with glasses and they think that that's the funniest shit they have ever seen. I have an interest in boys, fashion, popularity, social media and stuff like that. When I talk about any of them they have no idea what I'm talking about and they even ridicule me for liking boys. I must say I have a sense of humour and I make them laugh every time with my jokes even though they're not necessarily funny. They are twelvies and they spam my instagram with pointless boring and stupid pictures like a picture of their toes or their hair and a lot of anime propaganda posters. I got spammed so much that I had to unfollow them! I really don't like them and I must say I'm quite popular and well liked and I am known for being hilarious and witty in my grade. There's this girl I really want to be friends with because she's cool like me. I want to move groups so bad to her circle but we're not even in the same class and my friends just tag along with me to everywhere. How can I move my friendship groups and get rid of my annoying friends quickly?

Just leave. Start to be with other people then they won't like you so you can just leave them fully. If you seem that desperate to become more popular and be with other friends then they won't care because they won't want you to be with them any more.
