How to make my Facebook page active?

I have a Facebook page named - Back Benchers Association.

It has around 3000 likes but my posts don't get a decent amount of likes. At an average each of my post is getting 2-4 likes only. All the admins are posting daily for around 5 weeks and the condition is not getting better.

Please tell how I can make it active.

this page is really good, you just posted some different thing.
Your member likes post very much, and share more and more to get maximum like.
