Where is there a place on the internet that's nice?

I'm looking for a place where the people are supportive and nice rather than harsh and rude without intelligence or impartial thinking. I'm looking for a place that's fun and where I'll meet many friends, but not the perverted crowd. No fandoms, either.. But at the same time, no excessive censorship..

Any sort of forum, or social website.. Anything like that?

My favorite website has been Tumblr for awhile since as long as you don't do huge discussions about sensitive topics, you can get along with people pretty well.. But then there's the perverts, and the fandoms.. They get too personally involved with something meant to be viewed by many angles.

Please do not answer "there is no place like that." If that is your only answer, don't answer, because it isn't an answer to the question, it is a ignorant statement.

Even if you want to answer that, just don't.. I'm really depressed right now, I don't need any hope that a place like that exists somewhere shot down..

PersonalityCafe.com is usually pretty good. People seem really mature on that site for the most part, and if you're into personality typing than that's the way to go ahah

and if you want a super geeky site try Gaiaonline.com. You get to make your own character and everyone seems pretty open to making friends as well.
