Need help with Internet issues?
So here's the thing- my computer has started glitching like mad. It's slow and pages crash. YouTube is the worst. It will take forever to load and once it does it will either play for 5 seconds and crash or play with the sound going properly but the picture pausing, then jumping to the right place, then pausing again- highly annoying. I've run every scan I can think of- Norton, Microsoft, hard drive, so on and so forth. They all say nothing is a matter. Also, though it says the updates are downloading they never do.

I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 8- 64bit

You could try to run a memory diagnostics tool to see if the problem is with your RAM.
