there is no magic button for transporting friends from one account to another. they will all have to be friended again one by one.

dk is right but there is a way around.... kind of.
Download/export all of your old FB contacts to your google contacts, outlook, yahoo, whatever. Google is easiest.
When you set up a new FB account it will ask to access your gmail or G+ contacts in order to find friends.
If you downloaded them correctly and gave permissions to FB, then FB willl capture all of your contacts and list them. Click the box for "all" or pick and choose the ones you want and click next. It will ask for permissions again, click next, and all your FB contacts will get friend requests.

there is no way to do this because it's against the rules to create more than one account, and if you ignore their rules, they will be able to detect you doing that and lock your accounts
