Hi, firstly your blog should interest the others. than you can implement it on various sites like facebook, twitter by that people would come to know about that blog and would help you make lot of visitors.

suppose you have posted a blog on blogger then share it on google plus, facebook , twitter in twitter(140 characters) . post it on linkedin.

As a Blogger I suggest You to have some free tools on your blog which act as attraction pillar to your blog and help you in gaining visitor.
