Facebook: Reviewing photos you've been tagged in?

So I enabled the feature on Facebook where I have to accept a tag before it appears on my timeline.

If I never accept the tag, will it show up AT ALL on my friend's news feeds? I know it won't show on my timeline, but will it show in their newsfeed?

There are two options when tagged, "Add to Timeline" and "Hide". If I hit hide, will it still show on my friend's newsfeed?

"Note: This only controls what's allowed on your timeline. Posts you're tagged in still appear in search, news feed and other places on Facebook."
If the photo doesn't show up on their news feeds, what would be the point of removing my tag on the photo?

If you enabled timelin review it (the photos taggedwith you)will not appear in your friends's newsfeeds without clicking add to timeline.if you click hide,also it wil not..if you want to remove your tage go to photo/status (which you want to remove)then click on remove(you can see it after your name).
