online website problem?
I purchased a Zomm g3x guitar processor from an online website in India called 'bajaao.com'
but after couple of months it got spoilt!i sent it back to them a month before for repair as it was under warranty! i frequently kept on enquiring abt it through msgs! they said it was gonna be ready within a week(last week thats is). today i called them...and asked abt it to them! they said they would get back to me on this and have not called me back yet!
i am thinking of filing a complaint against them in the consumer court!
plese help me what shud i do?

Consumer Court is most effective when you have proof of negligence and fraud. Simply switch on your call recorder on your phone, and call them asking them to explain why this is taking so long. It would help if you reiterated all the facts about the order number, booking date, and the date they received the package that you sent. Also, insist on speaking to a supervisor. Most often, speaking to a supervisor can easily resolve your issue.
If after your call you do decide to file a complaint, check out this website : http://www.consumercourt.in/
It is a blog that I have found quite helpful with regards to the process of filing a claim.
