Why he try to say with this phrase?

A friend download this phrase in his profile facebook..i dont want to ask him about this because maybe he wont tell me because he is shy with me, but i really feel curious with this words:

For me not have any sence i dont understand what he try to say with this to their friends or peoples that are in his account,and i can see he like it the phrase for have it..

Any opinions about that phrases??

Mm friend up all night thinking about relationships. Friend is either thinking about being lonely or being in love and cannot get it off the mind i.e. keeping Friend awake.

It's clearly something Friend doesn't want on the mind, but can't help it. Either love or lonely.
