If they've blocked you, you can no longer see their account on the friends list, you also can't block them back until they unblock you.

I find that to be a bit of a pain in the backside actually because I had a person on my list that kept blocking me and then unblocking me, putting offensive comments on my site and blocking me again so I couldn't block them.

If they unblock they do have to keep you unblocked for 24 hours, but sometimes your not on for 24 hours. I did eventually manage to get on before he'd blocked me and clicked block to fully block him out and stop him messing around.

If someone blocked you or you blocked someone, then you can not see his profile/Images/Post that he has shared on his wall. Eaither yu can not visit through any mutual profile links of your friend(s). Plus you automatically cease to be friends. It doesn't sound like you've been blocked. Hope this helps.
