how can i use Facebook instagram snapchat on my phone without being contented to the internet?

my friend has the same phone as me the Sony xperia L and she can use things like snapchat and instagram without being connected to the internet but when i try it it doesn't work ( it only works when i am connected to the internet ) I've tried being connected to the mobile data thing but that doesn't work.

Those things don't work without the internet. Your friend is lying about using them without an internet connection.
