Is it possible to hijack a facebook fan page if you aren't an admin?

This is the reason why I ask;
One of the pages that I admin has been hacked. We are trying to give it back, but they just won't. So I wanted to know if I could hijack it back. I also wanted to know, because I'm trying to figure out who did it.

I would assume not, why would you even want to in the first place?
If you don't like something, why not report it or block it?

Yeah it is, I learnt how My friend's Harry Potter page was hacked by someone who called themselves "Voldemort" who deleted the other admins. I then re-hacked that page, named "The Chosen One" (like a boss) and gave the page back to the original owner. However, seeing as you said "hijack" I'm guessing nothing good will come of telling you how to do it.
