how do i create a contact link on my facebook page?

I've seen on some Facebook pages, users have created a 'contact' link for users who don't want to leave their messages as comments.

How do you set a 'contact' link up?

I've only recently set up a Facebook page so I'm still pretty new to the whole thing, any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
