disconnect or reconfigure wifi, once the password is accepted you can connect. If password not accept owner changed the password or blocked you.

If you can connect with wifi but it is showing that limited connection that means you are not blocked.

Hi

Try the following ..

Start > type in ....cmd ... right click on cmd.exe that shows top left of screen
click on "Run as Administrator"
At the command prompt type ..... netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid
Now hit ENTER
You will see the wireless networks locally - and more importantly the signal strength as a percentage.

If the owners network is very low ( 5% / 10% ) you will not be able to connect.

==============
If this is OK then try a System Restore to a date when your WiFi was working.
Not sure which OS you have - Google .....System Restore..... with your OS ( Win 7 or Vista or XP ... )
