Is it a Facebook executive manager a person that creates a site that blocks people from adding friends on FB?

When I was blocked from sending friend requests and messaging people who are not in my friend's list for 30 days, I didn't mean to send friend requests or send silly messages to any people I don't know, the Facebook team members said that they want to end the block immediately but they can't because they need to protect their policy and they said it was not their decision for ending the block or creating that site that keeps track of users on fb, so maybe because it is an executive manager's decision to create that site. But is it surely that manager who creates that site which tracks people from adding friends or blocks people?

facebook manager's arent the one who does block the unknown people on facebook. the only people does that kind of job is the people does handle that kind of work and is a employers that work for facebook team? the blocking is only for if some one else who sent a report to the facebook team for beinging abusie by a strangers that she or he doesnt know the person will report she or he and put them on the block lists . plus you cant lied about it because now that facebook is taking over the internet and important stuffs to keep their users on safe to keep them away from strangers out side ! means they want everyone be safe when they on facebook. now that facebook team is trying their best to keep unknown hackers not to break into the fb users informations about their personality stuffs and lifes ? anyways iam sorry that you got caught for senting friends invited requests to people you dont know . not everyone will accept facebook requests from strangers or make new friends either they already made some. . you shouldnt make any more problem with facebook team or people you dont know really well. or you will loose your facebook account for good. maybe they wont allow you sign for facebook account no longers. if you keep senting friends requests to people again. you only can sent friends requests the ones who you really know and is your closer best friends , that is your family members, your classmaties. .not anyone else .

So if You Send a Lot of Friend Requests To a Lot of People And People Mark Them as They Dont Know You Or If a Large Amount Go Unanswered Than Facebook Will Block you From Sending Friend Requests and Messages To People Who Are Not On your Friends List
