If I create a facebook page for a business, will it still be under my account when i leave the company?

I currently work in a start up business. I've been given the task to create a facebook page. If the page is created under my account can it be transferred to another account or is it just best for me to create the fb page as a person? I plan to leave this employment because its making me sick (ill). Please help!
The company isn't under my name, it has its own name. It's page is under my account.

you can edit your page, Just edit the page with new information, otherwise delete it if you don't want it

Firstly, you should not make account with your name, You should create account under business name where you are working and then create a page because ultimately it will benefit to your company. If you want to promote your business online then it should be registered with business name only. You will not face the problem also if you leave the company.
