Like when the UPS guy drops them off I'm not 18 I've recently lost weight and nothing I try will help mg with the last 10 or 15 pounds so I just want a little boost. I already exercise an hour or more a day eat well I have already lost 20 lbs

I highly suggest avoiding the pills. Stick to your routine. Drink a glass of water before any meal so you dont over eat. Eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Also eat healthier.
Its all bout eating healthy, right and a exercise routine. Pills are usually a scam.
