Why aren't any search engines working?

Why does 'No site configured at this address' pop up every time I type in google.com or bing.com? And i already know about web.archive.org, but its not the same and doesnt work the same. Does anyone know how I can fix it?
And I use GOOGLE CHROME ! NOT internet explorer. There also isn't any 'internet options' for google chrome. I also did try typing the sites in with mozilla firefox and internet explorer and it says the same thing. Im guessing it's just the search engines, but the sites aren't down because they work on my sister's laptop. Please someone give me an answer

cause you didnt pay your internet bill

1. check this same Internet connection in any other system
2. un-plug and plug your internet connection in your system
3. check your IP address, put IP automatic
4. Ensure your internet bill is paid or not :-)
