how can i delete this?

on facebook on games it says i have 96 requests from a game im playing. but when i click on accept there isnt nothing. how do i take it out of there?

Usually there is an X next to the request and options in your privacy settings to disable all requests.

It might be from a game you haven't played/have on your profile.
On the home screen on the side of the list that you have click on games. And I'm sure there's a tab that says "Requests" either on the side or at the top of the game page and just clear them with the little x button when you drag your cursor over the requests
