stuck with AT&T internet, is there another wireless internet, what is Linksys?

My apartment manager said I can't get Time Warner, I suppose to use the AT&T, and I don't like their service.

Is there a wireless internet, I don't have to have the tech to hook it up
at my apartment...

I just wish I can get internet modem.

I heard of Linksys, but I don't know what that is.
How does that work?

linksys just make routers the company does not actually supply internet like AT&T or Verizon it just give you wifi instead of being tethered with an Ethernet cord.

I would say no.If the apartment manager said you can't get Time Warner it's probably because the building isn't wired for it.You could ask him if there are other choices for ISP. A wireless provider depends on your location and what signals you can get.But a 4g is going to cost you a lot more and you will have to live with a data plan that won't be very good. You may be able to improve your At&t buy upgrading you internet package.
