Will twitter unsuspend my account?

I've been suspended twice before for spamming and for "prohibited following behaviors" and I follow the appeal process and I get unsuspended in less than an hour, this time I'm not sure what I did but I suspect I've been reported by a number of people and I've filed an appeal but it's been 2 days and I haven't gotten a reply yet? Will they unsuspend me? If so in how long?

You can try emailing them to see if you can get a response. If you were still spamming before you got suspended, I'm guessing that's the reason why you were suspended. It might be suspended for a few weeks, months, or maybe permanently.
