How do I get back my email page that I accidently blocked?

When I went in to unsubscribe from an unwanted email, I clicked on unsubscribe, then I clicked on a block message thinking it would block this individual email, but instead it blocked my email page. It doesn't show the original page where I can check inbox mail, compose, check spam, or trash. Am wanting to restore this page, but do not know how.

Well, it would help if you gave some kind of idea which email service you're referring to, as the actual method would depend on which email service it was in question. You should probably refer to the help pages or even contact support for the service, if there's one available.
