When you answer a question on facebook, do they get a notification?

There was a question on my friend's facebook page where they had to vote between 5 people. I accidentally clicked on one of the names and ended up voting for someone. Will they get a notification saying I answered the question or voted for them? Thanks
Also who will get the notification: the person who i voted for (don't know them), the person who asked the question, or my friend whose page I answered it on? Can I undo the vote?
