LinkedIn Company page - how do you tag posts to a person?

Hi, I've set up a Company Page (as administrator on behalf of our MD) - however, when I add posts, they don't automatically attach to her own record card which is a major problem as most of our key contacts are attached to her. Of course, I want them to see it so we can engage them and encourage them to follow the main company page. Could you please help me with regards to how I can do this?
