Buying and selling on eBay?
I have just created a 'Sellers account' on eBay UK. I just want to clear a few things up before I get started because I don't want any problems when I'm on there.
1) Are my selling and buying details both the same? I've inputted my selling details into Ebay, but if I come to buy something, will I have to enter my information somewhere else?
2) I don't have a PayPal account yet because I really can't be bothered with the hassle of setting one up, but as I don't have one, will people still buy from me and sell items to me?

Thanks for your help :-)
Oh Chris, please go and place a delicately rounded banana upon your anus, and leave it in there to rot.

You won't be able to sell unless you offer Paypal as an option. It's no hassle at all to set one up provided you are at least 18.

Read the help pages for new sellers.

1) your buying and selling details are basically the same, but you can have various different emails and addresses on your account. any info you put in is assigned to your account, but is not separate for buying or selling.

2) if you want to sell on eBay UK I'm pretty sure that accepting paypal is mandatory (it was last time I sold anything on there). So unless I'm mistaken, you will have to set-up a paypal account.

You can buy without a paypal account - but I don't understand why you would. To me, sending a cheque is much more hassle than setting up a paypal account. But each to their own I guess.

there is no bother of setting up a paypal account, if your way too lazy to do that then your going to have a hard time receiving money for your sold items. and 99% of the users wont buy from you because of it. stop being lazy then crying about it. Im not being mean here im just telling you to grow up and go get the paypal account and grow your business. If your way too lazy to set up a paypal account then i wouldnt buy from you because of your being too lazy to pack my item and ship it to me. Sounds like you need a energy drink lol
