internet issues?

hi when i try to go on internet on laptop through either chrome or firefox its coming up this webpage is unavailable on chrome and somewhat the same on firefox,neither 1 will load up to home page ive tried opening new tab/window n reinstalling it but its not working, i also have iexplorer it loads up fine but it keeps sending of my antivirus now which it has never done anyone know what i do connections to internet are all fine its been like this for couple of days ive sent a issue report to all of them but no reply yet.

First of all, I would suggest you make sure that all cookie build up is cleared. If you have a lot of clutter, this can interfere with what you're describing. Also, do a complete virus scan...also do a defrag.
If all of this fails, you'll have to consult a tech.
