Are their any apps like tweetdeck?
I'm looking for apps like tweetdeck for iOS (preferably free). I heard tweetdeck lets you follow one person on multiple accounts without having to switch accounts and follow that same person one by one. Is this true? If so, is their any apps that could do that? Thanks!

Tweetdeck is the best alternative to Twitter on iOS. There are other apps but they aren't very good and i cant really recommend them like: Twitterrific, Twittelator and Echofon
