I tweeted something and then it goes to the celebrity? and then she reads it like that?what if she want to reply to that individual how is the procedure email or idk

it goes to her "interactions" and if she sees it, she can choose to reply.

but you can't email each other, however you can "direct message" so it's private but in order to direct message her, she must be following you back
