How do I buy a domain name that's already owned but not being used?
I'm starting a company and want to buy a domain name. The name I want is owned (unavailable when you search to purchase it on sites like godaddy and bluehost), but when you type the name into your browser, you land on a domain not found page. Any advice for finding the owner, or the process I need to go through to obtain the domain name for my new company?

I do already own my second choice domain name.
