Is this girl into me ?

There is this really cute girl in my university. I met her at a party and we got along really well. She actually approached me and we got to talking. She was laughing at all my jokes, even really lame ones and told me that other people say I'm "cool". I then added her on Facebook. At the next party she told me that she had "stalked me on Facebook" and talked about something that I had written ages ago on my timeline. Basically she must have really invested some time, because digging up that info required a whole lot of scrolling and reading the comments on status updates. I really feel that we are hitting it off every time. Close eye contact and she laughs at everything and she blushes and stuff.
BUT she has a boyfriend, so I haven't made a move. Plus, even though she admits to facebook-stalking me, I can barely see anything on her facebook page (privacy, i guess). And I proposed to help her with preparing for a standardized test and she said she would be too embarrassed of seeming stupid in front of me.
So what is the deal here? Her boyfriend lives far away and I have heard that she is not really serious about the relationship. I'm not asking her to cheat on him or anything, I just want to know if she is into me.

I don't really know if it matters. If she's willing to do this type of flirting and Facebook stalking on someone who's not her boyfriend now, what's stopping her from doing it when she's dating you? I think you should straight-up ask her what's going on because otherwise, with her boyfriend "in the way" so to speak, you're not going to find out.
