My friends iPod's internet connection got banned Help!?

She was wondering if she reset her iPod setting and cleared everything could she regain access to that internet connection. If not what are some ways she can without having to change the setting saying tat her iPod is banned?

I doubt it as it seems that her Mac address is what is being banned. It is hard to tell for sure without more info, but normally when a specific device gets banned, it has to do with the Mac address being kicked off the network and it being blocked. If she was piggy backing off of someone elses WiFi, you would have to talk with whoever owns the network to see if she can get unblocked.
