Ogg files online?

I need to be able to upload ogg files or other sound files to the internet so I can use them in a project I'm making. I can't seem to find any websites that will allow me to do this. ( I want it to give me a link to a url that ends in .ogg or .mp3 or something like that). Here's an example someone else made, but I can't go to the same place they did...

You can upload ogg files to the Internet. You might be better off making your own website, and then upload whatever you want on your website.

Another option might be http://www.youtube.com.

If I remember correctly, I think I saw some presentations with audio on some youtube channels.
