Hi,

I would use Wordpress you have to teach yourself but there is plenty of tutorials online.
Stay away from Weebly and similar because you will not control your own website and
they are inflexible and bad for getting ranked on google.

I made a few free quick videos on where to start
But again youtube + wordpress.
