Is Time Warner Internet any good?
I have fios but its too expensive. Im thinking of getting TW internet because its really cheap but my real question is if it can let 3 people and I use the internet without interupting our connection.

That really depends on the speed. "Time Warner internet" is an ISP, and doesn't really tell anything about the speed you're getting now as compared to the speed you'll be getting if you switch ISPs. Look into that, and you may find your answer there.

Depends on your usage and speed you want/have. FiOS is capable of delivering much faster speeds, especially on the upload side.
