Cons of buying mp3s from amazon?

I have bought music from them and had no problems whatsoever. They like you to download their Amazon music player, which makes things easier for a lot of users. Their music is all 256kbps and is downloaded to your c:\users\<username>\music folder where you can easily copy or move it to your music folder if it is different from the folder mentioned above.

there's not a single con except google gives you better quality mp3's but they cost more.

They have a slightly smaller selection than the iTunes Store, but otherwise, it's about the same. (If you run iTunes, Amazon's downloader will install your purchases into iTunes without your having to import them.) No real downside otherwise.
