How do I direct traffic to my blog?
I have a personal blog/brand. On my blog, I tell stories about how I developed a career in leadership, founded two successful companies, I talk about projects that I'm currently working on, family, traveling, my childhood, etc. I have a large network of professionals that I wish to share my posts with, but how do I bring more subscribers in? And how do I inspire people to comment and engage in discussion through my blog?

I'm new to SEO, search ranking, XML site maps... All that. Any tips on unique ways to increase traffic to my site? Thank you!

Word of mouth is the same either offline or online. First, build a good network in social networking site. Then create a facebook fanpage.. add a subscription form... get subscribers... provide daily inspiring tips to followers... and so on.

Hello,

As you say that in your blog you told to your visitors about your personal life story so its your personal blog and I just suggest you that you can promote your blog on social media platform because in that world you can get aware from more and more people and get huge traffic. So you can try this and also when someone comment on your blog then you can reply to their comment and also do blog commenting it also helps to increase backlinks of your blog and it good for SEO point of view.

Thank you....

To get some quality traffic you need to rank your desired keywords in Google and to do so you need to be professional in that particular field.

Build some social networking and try to redirect the traffic from the social sites as they are good sources of traffic. Make a fan page in facebook and promote Smile

Good luck Smile

Traffic? That's the question of questions. I use (inexpensive) paid for traffic generation because SEO is hard to do, unless you want to spend 18 hours a day getting it done.
I have learned over the years that just driving traffic to my sites using "paid for" network traffic works best, and on the back side of that, it shows search engines people are visiting your site from all over the world. The site I use is below

There are many ways to do this but 1 thing you can do to get started out is to start making videos about the topic of your blog in HD then uploading them to Youtube with a link to your blog in the description. Make sure you tell people at the end of the video to clink the link at the end of your video. Also think hard about the video title as this will make or break you.

If you want to increase your blog traffic then few things should be considered but first of all you update your blog regularly and this is your first priority and without it you should not get maximum result.

If you’ve never learned the term SEO, allow me to explain briefly what it is, exactly what does precisely what it’s for.
SEO is definitely the abbreviation for Seo. This is the web page design strategy that, any time done correctly, draws constructive attention from search engines like google.
