Free Stock Photos For Distribution?

I`m looking for a website that can provide absolutely free photos with no catch what so ever. I am currently designing a clothing brand and would like to use some pictures (i.e. tigers, cities, cars, etc.) to put on my designs. I want pictures where there is no copyright issues if i use those pictures for my designs and sell them on my shirts. I`ve visited a few websites and you either need credits to purchase the picture when it says the pictures are free, or others where no distribution is allowed. Does anyone know where i can find absolutely free photos and be able to distribute them?

Pictures created by the US government are copyright-free in the USA.

Anything published prior to 1923 in the USA is also public domain, under US laws, if not everywhere else.

Unless you do the research, you cannot generally be certain who created the work, thus not certain of how long the copyright lasts, in any given country.
