Microsoft internet disappeared!!?

All I can get up is an old style internet when I click on my internet icon, I have since updated my computer to Microsoft 8.1 and explorer 11 and still no change this is a new computer and I have always had the new style internet with the search bar at the bottom i really have no idea what has happened can anybody please help?

Honestly, try using Chrome, it works much better than IE and the address bar acts as a search bar. Just go to Google and download it, you won't regret it.
